The start time is displayed in the $TIMEZONE time zone, while $TIMEZONE is used to calculate the event day. A + sign is added to the day if the event starts after midnight.

No recording (🚫) is assumed when do_not_record is specifically set, or when the talk is not held at $STAGES.

The URLs fetched for information are stored in localStorage for caching. Entries older than 30 minutes are updated in the background.
